Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all ORGNL GNGSTA tags intact.
Exclusions: Custom-made items or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at support@orgnlgngsta.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label or cover all shipping costs for a replacement.

How to Start a Return

Email support@orgnlgngsta.com with your Order Number.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific shipping instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically at our Rajkot hub), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size or color changes, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
