Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all ORGNL GNGSTA tags intact.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made items or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at support@orgnlgngsta.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label or cover all shipping costs for a replacement.

How to Start a Return

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific shipping instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size or color changes, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
