This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders shipped to India, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

Return Period:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags intact. Please note that custom or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at support@orgnlgngsta.com with photos. We will authorize the return and cover shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Exchanges:
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. For size/color changes, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items (we will cover those shipping costs).

How to Initiate a Return:
Email support@orgnlgngsta.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and address or shipping instructions.

Important:
All prices are listed in INR depending on region. Estimated local currency may appear during browsing; final charges are processed in the store’s base currency. Duties, taxes, or customs import fees are borne by the customer.
