At ORGNL GNGSTA, we strive to provide transparent and efficient shipping services for our customers in India and across the globe. All orders are processed and shipped from our operations hub Globally.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST) - Monday to Friday.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Costs & Transit Times

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.

International shipping is currently available to: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, and USA.

3. International Customs & Duties

For international shipments, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our free shipping offer and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our Gujarat facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier's tracking portal.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for the estimates above, please note that transit times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, or local postal service disruptions.
